Week Zero
After receiving your Program Confirmation Email after signing up, you will be given a Date to come into the gym for the first time.
The first day you come into the gym will be a FREE Meet-and-Greet with your Future Trainer.

• What to do in the time you are not in the gym

• How the Shout-Out System Works

• You will be asked to sign a Program Waiver

Weeks 1-4
Practical Progression currently has Twenty-Two (22) Exercises included in it.


Each Exercise is designed to target a specific area of your Body.

During the first four (4) weeks on this Program, your Trainer will test your Initial Strength on each and every one of these 22 exercises.
You will then get scored between a Level 1 and 25 for each exercise that you did – based on HOW you did on it – with 1 being the lowest you could have scored on it, and 25 being the Maximum Starting Level allowed for that exercise.
After completing and being scored on all of the exercises during the first 1-4 weeks, you will then be given a Starting Strength Level based on how you performed.

During these 4 weeks, your Trainer will also weigh you at the start of each session (accountability).
At the end of the 4th week, you will also be given a Multiplier Percentage based on the weight you started at, vs the weight that you would need to get to in order to see your Abs.
** Based on the Strength Levels you Scored during your first 4 Training Sessions.


Now that your Trainer has the Data for how Strong and at what Weight you started at, you will be given your Starting Level for the Practical Progression Program.

Weeks 5+
Congratulations – The hardest part is over with!
Moving forward, each session you complete on this Program will be an attempt at making Further Progress towards your Fitness Level.
Each session that you do will also now be “graded” based on how it went.

Before anything though, each session will begin with a weigh-in.
Depending on what your weigh-in is – compared to what it was the last time you came in – your session will start with either an Improvement to your Score (you lost weight), or a loss to your Score (you gained weight).
You will then do all of the exercises for that specific Training Day following a Proprietary Algorithm we have created that guarantees you will progressively get stronger on all 22 exercises over time.
If during the session you are able to do an exercise for a weight or difficulty level that you have never been able to do before (getting a record), then your Score for that day will go UP.

As you Level Up on the Program, you will notice that the way you Look and Feel will begin to change.
We use the Benchmark System below to help Members look ahead at what to expect for themselves and their Future Body’s as they Level Up on this Program.
